Welcome to my personal webpage. I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at American University's Kogod School of Business . I study how aspects of social exchange (e.g., trust, reciprocity, emotions, race and gender) influence cooperation and conflict. My work bridges the fields of management, experimental economics, and social psychology, leading to scholarly as well as practical insights on organizational life. At American University I teach a variety of courses in Negotiation and Mana
