Trip Report for Rocky Raccoon 100 mile run Feb 2 nd 2008
In order to adequately report my experience of running my first successful 100 mile race, I feel like I need to provide some background to make it easier to understand what this accomplishment meant to me. My health has always been pretty precarious.
