We should not see Africa as being under-developed, but as being miraculously preserved by God to become the center for producing sound leadership of the human family, providing the light for a new, ecologically-sound social order.
We now must put forth a new plan that can find acceptance among all of the eco-systems upon which our lives depend for survival. Our power cannot be manifested by trying to change the fundamental natural laws that govern us; but by developing a high level of consciousness of their existence, and how to function in harmony with them.
