If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of a stocked item, you must exchange or return it, in new condition, within the 15 days for a full refund of the merchandise cost (delivery fees are non-refundable). Return shipping for a normal refund is the responsibility of the customer. If items are received in damaged condition customer must file a claim within 5 days of package delivery. We will send a return label in the event your item is damaged in transit. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale item
