Founded in 2003 by Michael and Jeniphur Pasquarello, 13th Street Kitchens proudly serves the community with locally sourced food and beverages and genuine hospitality.

Founded in 2003 and built around five distinct locations throughout Philadelphia, 13th Street Kitchens’ concepts are unified through their shared passion for seasonal and local food and beverage, high integrity sourcing, and genuine hospitality.
In 2003, Michael and Jeniphur Pasquarello opened Café Lift, housed in a historic, refurbished factory along 13th Street in Philadelphia’s Callowhill neighborhood. 16 years later, they are still serving brunch to the crowds, six days a week from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. The menu evolves seasonally and all ingredients are sourced from responsible growers, and hyper-locally whenever possible.
